What happens if my event gets cancelled due to bad weather?
We're always sorry when an event has to be cancelled and understand these circumstances. That's why we do not charge a cancellation fee for inclement weather. We will work with you to reschedule your event!
Do you allow for same day rentals?
We will accommodate your request within 50 miles of our location. We do, however, charge a flat fee of $50 for all requests made within 24 hours of the desired delivery time. 
Do you ever run discounts?
We have discounts every quarter! Please follow us on social media to stay up to date when sales are occuring. Please note that we rarely hold sales on our water slides due to high demand. 
What are my payment options?
You may pay with cash, or direct through the website. We ask that you let us know ahead of time if you plan to pay with cash. 
Is there a setup and delivery fee?
The prices on our website include these fees. There may be an additional fee for locations 30 miles out from us. Contact us to receive a personal quote.
Is it normal to rent an inflatable and for it to come to us dirty?
Nope! If that's been your experience in the past, we hope to change that. We thoroughly clean every unit before delivery and even disinfect it a second time once it's at your location. Who wants to jump on a dirty bounce house? Not us!
